Guarantee
JdeR Ltd guarantees Cintropur product for 12 months for manufacturing faults. JdeR Ltd will replace free of charge any failed component (other than consumables) within 12 months of purchase so long as they have been correctly installed and complying with manufacturers recommendations. JdeR Ltd acknowledges the purchasers rights under the Fair Trading Act 1996 and the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993.
JdeR Ltd accepts no liability whatsoever where product is modified or installed incorrectly according to the manufacturers recommendations, where water pressures exceed 16Bar / 228 PSI or where “Water Hammer” is present and NO pressure limiting device has been installed.
Dispatch
JdeR Ltd will make all effort to dispatch orders within 48 hours (2 working days) of receipt of payment for goods ordered on this site. JdeR Ltd makes all effort to keep all products in stock but if by heavy demand or shipping issues we are unable to comply with this undertaking we apologize and will place an “out of stock” notice and an ETA of the next shipment next to the effected product.
Return of Products
JdeR Ltd is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in its original saleable, unused condition within 14 days of receipt and we will either replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.

Courier charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for a prior agreed exchange you will be reimbursed for the delivery charge after we are in receipt of the product.
The manufacturer and our team inspect every delivery to ensure that the products you receive meet high quality standards. However if you do receive a product which is faulty, please don't hesitate to call us on 09 376 0463 to arrange return delivery and an exchange or refund.
JdeR Ltd uses its own choice of courier that insures the goods in transit against damage to a maximum of $1500.00. Please ensure you check your delivery for any damage prior to signing the delivery docket for the product.
JdeR Ltd may refuse to exchange damaged goods if signed for; acknowledging or accepting the goods have been received in good condition.
Should a fault appear after a product has been used/installed it may be covered under warrantee.
Online Ordering Terms and Conditions
Use of the online ordering service implies full acceptance of these terms. Our online ordering service is an automated order processing system used to purchase goods from JdeR Ltd. We will make every effort to fulfill orders placed using this online service but we do not guarantee that the products advertised will always be in stock. Our Customer Service Centre will advise you as soon as possible if any order cannot be filled.
We will make every effort to ensure the descriptions and prices for the goods and services shown on the online ordering service are accurate and up-to-date. However, we reserve the right to adjust the actual price charged if the prices shown are incorrect, and to vary our prices and product descriptions at any time and without notice.
Title to all products supplied to you will be retained by us until payment is made in full. All risk of loss of, or damage to the products passes to you on delivery of the products to you.
